In 2012, Professionals for Smart Technology (PST) had the honor of collaborating with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Jordan to host a specialized IT solutions workshop at the Sheraton Amman on November 28.
The event was held under the auspices of His Excellency, the Minister of Public Works and Housing, who attended along with the Ministry’s leadership team. The discussions focused on enhancing the Ministry’s efficiency through advanced asset management and enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
The Asset Management Workshop demonstrated how digital tools can effectively track, categorize, and maintain assets to improve productivity and reduce operational disruptions. Meanwhile, the ECM Workshop introduced Oracle ECM, highlighting its role in transitioning the Ministry towards paperless operations, digital archiving, and automated communications to enhance workflow efficiency.

The INSS was held on September 29-30, 2011, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, bringing together key decision-makers from Iraq's government, security sector, and international stakeholders. The event served as a high-level platform for discussions on national security, infrastructure protection, and technological advancements in Iraq.
With PST (Professionals for Smart Technology) and IBM as the Gold Sponsors, the summit was attended by VIP Ministers from Iraq and representatives from all Iraqi governorates. The agenda featured in-depth panels on cybersecurity, border security, critical infrastructure protection, and secure communications.
